IPTV UK PLANS
IPTV help centre
Start with what has changed: a new device, a new application, an expired account or playback that has stopped working. A few specific checks are more useful than changing every setting at once.
The player opens, but content does not
Check that the device can connect to the internet, then read the exact message in the player. A rejected login, an empty list and a playback error are different symptoms. Confirm the access method and account status without posting credentials publicly.
One item fails, but others work
Note the item’s name, the approximate time and whether the issue repeats. If other content plays on the same device and connection, include that comparison in your support message. Avoid deleting the entire setup before recording the problem.
Everything pauses or buffers
Check other network activity and, where practical, compare Wi-Fi with a wired connection. Record whether another streaming application has the same problem. Our buffering checklist helps distinguish local, device and service symptoms without promising that one change will fix them all.
Your order reference
The website saves an order request before displaying its reference. Keep that reference for follow-up questions. It confirms receipt of the request, rather than payment or activation. If the form reports an error, read the message before trying again.
What to send in a support message
- Your order reference, if you have one.
- The device model and application name.
- The error message and what you were doing when it appeared.
- Whether the issue affects one item or all playback.
- The useful checks you have already tried.
Do not send payment-card details or passwords. Use the available methods on the contact page.
