Check your device before purchase

Send the full model, operating-system version, exact application name and publisher. “Samsung TV” or “Firestick” alone may not identify the setup. Mention whether you already own the equipment or are considering buying it.

Use the device checklist first. Do not pay for an app simply because it has a similar name to one mentioned in a tutorial.

Follow up on an existing request

Include the reference displayed after a successful website submission, if you have one, and explain what you need clarified. A saved request is separate from payment and activation.
